STUDENT UNDERTAKING & DECLARATION FORM

This undertaking applies to all programs conducted under:

  • • David Sir Spoken English Centre
  • • Remy Linus School of Technology
  • • Cheryl Linus School of Humanities
  • • AngreziGuru.Com Educational And Angrezi Guru Business Services

1. Student Declaration

I, the undersigned student, hereby confirm that:

  • 1. I have voluntarily applied for admission to a training program offered by Angrezi Guru.
  • 2. I confirm that the information provided in my admission form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
  • 3. I understand that the institution provides online and offline training, academic guidance, and skill development programs only.
  • 4. I understand that the institution does not guarantee:
  •     • Employment
  •     • Income or freelancing success
  •     • Government job selection
  •     • Admission to universities
  •     • Examination results
  • 5. I acknowledge that my success depends primarily on my own effort, attendance, practice, and participation.

2. Refund Policy Acknowledgment

I confirm that I have read and understood the Refund Policy, which states:

  • • Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the official course commencement date.
  • • Administrative and registration charges up to 20% of the course fee may be deducted.
  • • No refund will be issued after 7 days from the start of the course.
  • • Registration, admission processing, and study material charges are non-refundable.
  • • Combo program fees cannot be partially refunded.

I agree to abide by the above refund policy.

3. Course Participation Acknowledgment

I understand that once I:

  • • Attend any class session (online or offline)
  • • Access study materials
  • • Use institutional facilities or digital platforms

the training program is considered commenced and utilized, and refund eligibility may be limited as per institutional policy.

4. Institutional Rules & Discipline

I agree to:

  • • Maintain proper discipline and respectful behavior
  • • Follow institutional rules and classroom guidelines
  • • Avoid any disruptive or inappropriate conduct

I understand that serious misconduct or violation of rules may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

5. Personal Responsibility

I understand that:

  • • I am responsible for my attendance, participation, and academic progress.
  • • The institution is not responsible for personal belongings lost within the campus.
  • • My career decisions and outcomes remain my personal responsibility.

6. Publicity & Documentation Consent

I consent to the institution using my:

  • • Photographs
  • • Videos
  • • Testimonials
  • • Academic achievements

for academic records and institutional promotional purposes.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to admission or training services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Supaul District, Bihar, India.

8. Demo Class & 7-Day Clause Acknowledgment

I understand and agree that:

  • • Any demo class attended is part of the official course or program.
  • • The 7-day refund policy is calculated from the official course commencement date, which includes any demo classes attended.
  • • If I make a payment and attend classes (including demo classes) for a total of 7 days, it shall be considered that I have fully utilized 7 days of the course, program, or classes.
  • • Upon completion of 7 days of attendance (including demo classes), I may no longer be eligible for a refund as per institutional policy.

Final Undertaking

I confirm that I have read and understood the Admission Terms, Refund Policy, and Institutional Rules, and I voluntarily agree to abide by them.

Online Acceptance

Important: By filling and submitting this form online, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Student Undertaking & Declaration Form. Submission of this form shall be treated as the student’s formal acceptance and agreement.

For offline admissions, a physical signature may be taken separately at the campus. For online admissions, digital submission and acceptance shall be treated as valid consent.
