1. Student Declaration

I, the undersigned student, hereby confirm that:

1. I have voluntarily applied for admission to a program offered by Angrezi Guru.
2. The information submitted by me is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
3. I understand that Angrezi Guru provides training, academic guidance, and skill development only.
4. I understand that the institution does not guarantee employment, income, freelancing success, examination results, admission into universities, or selection in government jobs.
5. I acknowledge that my learning outcomes depend primarily on my own effort, attendance, practice, and participation.

2. Admission Confirmation

Admission is treated as confirmed only after submission of the required form, payment of the applicable fee, and acceptance of institutional rules and policies.

The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.

3. Batch Allocation, Faculty, and Schedule

Students may be assigned to batches on the basis of availability and institutional planning.

The institution reserves the right to change batch timings, reorganize or merge batches, modify schedules, change mode of delivery, or change instructors for academic, administrative, or operational reasons.

4. Refund Policy Acknowledgment

I confirm that I have read and understood the refund policy, and I agree that:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the official course commencement date.
• Administrative and registration deductions of up to 20% of the total fee may apply.
• No refund shall be issued after 7 calendar days from the commencement date.
• Registration fees, admission processing charges, study material charges, and digital access/resource fees are non-refundable.
• Combo programs are not eligible for partial refund merely because one component is discontinued.

5. Commencement of Services

I understand that the course shall be treated as commenced and utilized if I do any of the following:

• Attend any class session, including online or offline classes
• Access study materials, recordings, digital resources, or learning platforms
• Use institutional facilities

Once the service has commenced, refund eligibility may be reduced, restricted, or cease as per institutional policy.

6. Discipline and Conduct

I agree to maintain discipline, respectful conduct, and compliance with institutional rules.

I understand that serious misconduct, harassment, disruption, damage to property, or violation of institutional rules may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Attendance and Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for my attendance, participation, assignments, and academic progress.

The institution shall not be responsible for weak performance arising from irregular attendance, lack of participation, or failure to practice.

8. Personal Property and Liability

I understand that the institution is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the campus or used during the course.

I also understand that career choices, financial decisions, and outcomes remain my personal responsibility.

9. Media, Documentation, and Publicity Consent

I consent to the institution using my photographs, videos, testimonials, and academic achievements for academic records, documentation, and lawful promotional purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

I understand that all study materials, notes, recordings, digital content, and institutional resources are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, reproduced, published, shared, or distributed without authorization.

11. Demo Class and 7-Day Clause

I understand and agree that any demo class attended may be treated as part of the course or program wherever applicable by the institution.

I further understand that the 7-day refund window shall be counted from the official commencement date communicated by the institution, including demo participation where such demo is treated as part of the program.

12. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to admission, fees, training services, or institutional policies shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Supaul District, Bihar, India.

13. Final Undertaking

I confirm that I have read and understood the Admission Terms, Refund Policy, and Institutional Rules, and I voluntarily agree to abide by them.
