Angrezi Guru provides educational, training, coaching, mentoring, informational, and guidance services only.

Nothing provided by Angrezi Guru shall be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, immigration, employment, investment, medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Learners are responsible for independently evaluating and verifying any decisions made based upon information received through Angrezi Guru services.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Every learner is unique.

Individual outcomes depend upon attendance, participation, effort, consistency, aptitude, practice, dedication, personal circumstances, and numerous factors beyond the control of Angrezi Guru.

Accordingly, Angrezi Guru does not guarantee that any learner will:

• Achieve a specific CEFR level

• Achieve a specific English proficiency score

• Become fluent within a specified period

• Pass interviews

• Obtain visas

• Obtain immigration approvals

• Gain admission to educational institutions

LEARNER RESPONSIBILITIES

Failure to attend classes does not create any entitlement to refunds, compensation, replacement sessions, extensions, or credits.

BATCH ALLOCATION & SCHEDULE CHANGES

To maintain educational quality, class sizes may be limited.

Learners will be assigned to batches based upon availability and operational requirements.

Batch assignments are generally permanent.

Requests for changes may be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Angrezi Guru reserves the right to modify:

• Timetables

• Delivery methods

• Platforms

• Course structures

• Learning materials

• Educational content

where reasonably necessary for educational, operational, administrative, legal, or technical reasons.

DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Angrezi Guru delivers educational services digitally through:

• Zoom

• Email

• Websites

• Learning Management Systems

• Messaging Platforms

• Digital Documents

• Downloadable Resources

• Online Portals

Access details, joining instructions, schedules, educational materials, certificates, and communications may be delivered electronically.

It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided during registration remains accurate and accessible.

RECORDING CONSENT

Certain classes, workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, and educational activities may be recorded for:

• Quality assurance

• Administrative purposes

By participating in any Angrezi Guru activity, you expressly consent to such recordings.

All recordings remain the exclusive property of Angrezi Guru.

PRIVACY & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Angrezi Guru are considered final.

Except where required by applicable law, all fees paid for educational services, memberships, classes, workshops, coaching programs, seminars, webinars, digital products, and related services are non-refundable.

Refund requests will generally not be entertained for reasons including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Personal circumstances

• Scheduling conflicts

• Relocation

• Employment changes

• Failure to attend classes

• Lack of participation

• Failure to complete the program

• Technical difficulties on the learner’s side

• Dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations

• Failure to utilize purchased services

By making payment, learners acknowledge that they are purchasing access to educational services and that fees are generally non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Angrezi Guru reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, combine, modify, or cancel classes, batches, workshops, events, or programs where operationally necessary.

Where appropriate and required, learners may be offered alternative schedules, replacement batches, credits, or other remedies as determined by Angrezi Guru and applicable law.

TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER

Angrezi Guru utilizes third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Zoom

• Payment Gateways

• Email Providers

• Cloud Services

• Hosting Providers

• Communication Platforms

• Educational Software

Angrezi Guru shall not be responsible for:

• Service interruptions

• Connectivity issues

• Platform outages

• Software failures

• Device incompatibilities

• Internet disruptions

• Data loss

• Third-party failures

• Technical delays

arising from the use of third-party systems.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All educational materials, content, resources, presentations, videos, recordings, documents, assessments, worksheets, frameworks, trademarks, logos, branding, and website content remain the exclusive property of Angrezi Guru and/or its licensors.

Learners may not:

• Record classes

• Reproduce materials

• Share content

• Publish recordings

• Upload materials

• Distribute educational resources

• Resell content

• Commercially exploit materials

without prior written permission.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Angrezi Guru reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate participation by any learner who:

• Violates these terms

• Engages in disruptive conduct

• Uses abusive language

• Harasses others

• Engages in unlawful activity

• Damages the learning environment

No refund shall be due in such circumstances.

FORCE MAJEURE

Angrezi Guru shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Floods

• Fires

• Pandemics

• Epidemics

• Government actions

• Internet outages

• Power failures

• Civil disturbances

• Strikes

• Cyber incidents

• Technical failures

• Third-party service interruptions

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Angrezi Guru, its owners, employees, trainers, contractors, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, reputational, educational, emotional, business, economic, or financial damages arising from:

• Participation in programs

• Educational outcomes

• Learning outcomes

• Career outcomes

• Business outcomes

• Employment outcomes

• Reliance upon educational content

• Technical disruptions

• Third-party services

• Service interruptions

• Website use

In any event, Angrezi Guru’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the learner for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angrezi Guru, its owners, employees, trainers, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising from:

• Your participation in our programs

• Your violation of these terms

• Your misuse of our services

• Your infringement of any rights of another person or entity

MINORS

Learners under 18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before enrolling.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance with these terms.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing contained in these Terms shall limit, exclude, or restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law where such rights cannot legally be excluded or limited.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and Legal Disclosure shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or any Angrezi Guru service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Supaul, Bihar, India.
