The partner WILL

Promote approved Angrezi Guru programmes through your network, content or community.
Use your unique Partner ID, referral link, QR or code when issued.
Send genuine prospects to approved AG landing, demo, enquiry or payment journeys.
Answer basic factual questions only from current official information.
Use appropriate disclosure where your promotion creates a material commercial connection.

The partner WILL NOT

Negotiate fees or create discounts.
Collect learner payment into your own account.
Guarantee jobs, salaries, fluency, visas, admissions or other outcomes.
Present yourself as an employee/franchisee/legal agent of AG.
Claim a city, district, state or country as your exclusive territory.

Territory and ownership

No exclusive territory. Affiliates may promote in markets Angrezi Guru permits, but geography never creates ownership of every prospect in that market.

Commercial treatment

Partner-generated valid lead + AG closes = 10% ENR. Existing AG/partner lead = 0% acquisition commission unless a separate qualifying assignment is expressly created.

Universal rule: Partner attribution can create a commission right. It does not transfer ownership of the Angrezi Guru learner relationship, curriculum, learning record, platform, trademarks, payment relationship or educational service obligations.
