Commercial rules with numbers—not interpretations.

These are the default public operating rules. The signed partner agreement controls if it expressly changes a particular term.

Eligible Net Revenue (ENR)

ENR = money successfully received and settled by Angrezi Guru for an eligible product, excluding GST/other indirect taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, payment-gateway refunds and amounts never successfully collected. Ordinary Angrezi Guru teaching, advertising, staff, hosting and administrative costs are not deducted before commission.

Money, validation and payout

Instalments: commission accrues only when each payment is received. A ₹15,000 sale paid ₹5,000 × 3 at 20% produces ₹1,000 commission per successful instalment.

Validation hold: 14 calendar days after successful payment before Pending becomes Approved, provided no disqualifying event occurs.

Payout cycle: approved commission from a calendar month is scheduled by the 15th of the following month, subject to payout threshold, valid KYC/bank/tax data and no compliance hold.

Minimum payout: India ₹1,000; international US$50 equivalent. Lower balances roll forward.

Refund/chargeback: pre-approval reversal = ₹0 commission on that amount. Post-payout reversal creates a negative adjustment against future commission.

Maximum ordinary stack: 30% ENR, e.g. Channel 25% + qualifying Master override 5%.
