Partner conduct and commercial boundaries.

Partners are independent commercial partners, not employees, franchisees or legal agents unless a separate signed agreement expressly says otherwise.

Only Angrezi Guru determines official pricing, curriculum, certification, service policies and authorised claims.

No guarantees of fluency, employment, salary, income, promotion, visa, admission, examination result or third-party outcome unless specifically contained in current authorised material.

Learner payments use authorised Angrezi Guru payment channels unless the written partner agreement explicitly establishes another approved method.

Commission arises only from eligible, attributable, collected revenue under the published commission class—not enquiries, promises, unpaid invoices or abandoned payment attempts.

Refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, reversed, chargeback or otherwise ineligible transactions do not create final commission entitlement.

No partner may recruit or appoint another AGPN partner unless the category/agreement expressly permits it.

Angrezi Guru owns/controls its trademarks, course content, learner systems, brand assets and learning records.

Partners must follow applicable privacy, consent, anti-spam, advertising and communication requirements.

Angrezi Guru retains responsibility for delivery of Angrezi Guru educational services unless a written agreement expressly delegates a defined responsibility.

Either party may ordinarily terminate with 30 calendar days written notice. Angrezi Guru may suspend immediately for suspected fraud, unauthorised payment collection, data misuse, material misrepresentation, harassment/spam, brand abuse or material compliance breach.
