The partner WILL

Identify the learner population and authorised institutional contact.
Coordinate participant lists, scheduling, logistics and agreed requirements.
Facilitate communication and payment according to the contract.
Use institutional pricing only for the agreed population/purpose.

The partner WILL NOT

Resell seats outside the agreed population.
Issue Angrezi Guru certificates independently.
Sublicense or reproduce teaching content.
Assume that receiving a volume discount also gives a commission entitlement.
Claim geographic ownership around the institution.

Territory and ownership

Protection attaches to the named institutional account/opportunity, not a city or state. Standard account protection is 90 days and may be extended by AG in 90-day increments while a genuine written proposal remains active.

Commercial treatment

Standard maximum institutional discount: 10–24 paid seats 5%; 25–49 10%; 50–99 15%; 100–249 20%; 250+ negotiated. Discount and commission are not cumulative unless explicitly written into the institutional contract.

Universal rule: Partner attribution can create a commission right. It does not transfer ownership of the Angrezi Guru learner relationship, curriculum, learning record, platform, trademarks, payment relationship or educational service obligations.
