The partner WILL

Identify prospective partners where authorised and submit them for AG approval.
Assist onboarding, activation and support of direct authorised partners.
Train using approved materials and monitor quality/compliance.
Contribute personally to business development.
Maintain the quantitative Master qualification requirements.

The partner WILL NOT

Sell Master positions or charge recruitment/joining fees on behalf of AG.
Create additional hierarchy/MLM levels.
Appoint another Master without approval.
Grant franchises, exclusivity or territories.
Claim an override on AG-independent sales inside your geography.

Territory and ownership

Master territory may be district, group of districts, state, region, country or segment. V1 is non-exclusive. No exclusive AGPN territory is granted during the first 12 months of the programme.

Commercial treatment

Eligibility: ₹2,00,000 personally generated ENR in prior 90 days OR 25 personally attributable paid learners in prior 90 days OR an established organisation accepted after review. Probation 90 days: 10 paid learners + 3 active direct partners OR ₹1,00,000 network ENR + 3 active direct partners. Continuing: ₹1,50,000 network ENR + 3 active revenue-producing partners every rolling 90 days. Direct network override = 5%, one layer only.

Universal rule: Partner attribution can create a commission right. It does not transfer ownership of the Angrezi Guru learner relationship, curriculum, learning record, platform, trademarks, payment relationship or educational service obligations.
