The partner WILL

Generate your own leads and/or accept AG-assigned leads.
Contact, qualify, counsel, explain approved programmes, invite to demo and handle authorised objections.
Guide the learner to official registration and payment.
Maintain accurate activity and status records.
Attempt an AG-assigned lead within 4 business hours and make at least 5 genuine attempts across 7 calendar days while uncontacted.

The partner WILL NOT

Change published prices or invent discounts.
Collect payment personally unless a signed written exception expressly permits it.
Promise unauthorised outcomes.
Appoint sub-agents or AG partners.
Claim exclusivity or permanent ownership of an AG-assigned lead.

Territory and ownership

Default operating territory is a city, district or defined market segment and is non-exclusive. Relationship-generated cross-territory business may qualify; systematic active solicitation in a specifically restricted territory requires approval.

Commercial treatment

Self-generated + self-closed = 20%. Self-generated + AG closes = 10%. AG-generated + assigned + partner closes = 10%. AG-generated + AG closes = 0%.

Universal rule: Partner attribution can create a commission right. It does not transfer ownership of the Angrezi Guru learner relationship, curriculum, learning record, platform, trademarks, payment relationship or educational service obligations.
