Who It Is For
Designed primarily for young people aged 18–30 who have completed at least Class 12 (Intermediate), have a reasonable foundation in Hindi reading and writing, and are willing to invest one disciplined year in themselves.

Willingness to learn English seriously, discipline, commitment, participation, teamwork, curiosity and the determination to work.

A 48-hour English immersion challenge: speak English, think in English and work in English.
Village Transformation Project
Student teams work with a local community on reading, English learning, digital literacy, cleanliness and community participation.
The Startup Challenge
Teams use a small seed fund to test a legitimate micro-business: identify a problem, create a solution, find customers and deliver value.
Leadership Expedition & Career Olympics
Outdoor teamwork, navigation and reflection, plus mock interviews, sales, negotiation, presentations, case studies, group discussions and AI challenges.

For programs lasting one year or more, Early Bird pricing applies up to three months before the published start date.
Activities, products, services, excursions, equipment, certifications, special events, personal expenses and other optional or additional charges are à la carte unless explicitly stated as included.
Optional 3-Month Supervised Teaching Internship
Students who successfully complete the full twelve-month residential program and meet eligibility requirements may opt for an additional supervised teaching internship.
Interns may gain experience in classroom assistance, Spoken English activities, learner engagement, communication, lesson delivery, activity management, public speaking and professional conduct. Eligibility, selection, supervision, placement and internship terms apply separately.
