One Year Can Change the Direction of Your Life.

Give yourself one disciplined year. Learn English. Build confidence. Develop practical skills. Discover your strengths. Learn to lead. Serve your community. Prepare for a career.

MORE THAN AN ENGLISH PROGRAM

Learn. Lead. Serve. Prosper.

English is not the destination. It is a key that can open the door to opportunity. Students learn by doing—not merely studying.

Who It Is For

Designed primarily for young people aged 18–30 who have completed at least Class 12 (Intermediate), have a reasonable foundation in Hindi reading and writing, and are willing to invest one disciplined year in themselves.

What It Requires

Willingness to learn English seriously, discipline, commitment, participation, teamwork, curiosity and the determination to work.

What It Develops

English communication, public speaking, digital capability, leadership, character, career readiness, enterprise, fitness, service and global awareness.

THE 12-MONTH TRANSFORMATION

Four Phases. One Continuous Development Journey.

Each phase builds on the one before it—from finding your voice to becoming opportunity ready.

MONTHS 1–3 · FOUNDATION

Goal: Move from hesitation to participation.

MONTHS 4–6 · PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Build Your Capability

English becomes a tool for professional life.

  • Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva and AI/productivity tools.
  • Email communication, business communication and presentation skills.
  • Teamwork, critical thinking and problem solving.

Every student speaks. Every student presents. Every student writes. Every student participates.

Goal: Move from learner to capable young professional.

MONTHS 7–9 · CAREER SPECIALISATION

Discover Your Direction

Explore and begin developing a practical career skill.

  • International Sales · Customer Support · Recruitment · Virtual Assistance.
  • Digital Marketing · Healthcare Processes · IT Processes.
  • Business Operations · Content & Communication · AI Productivity.

Practical projects, simulations and real-world assignments help learners begin proving what they can do.

MONTHS 10–12 · CAREER & ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Become Opportunity Ready

Convert capability into opportunity.

  • Résumé, LinkedIn, interviews and mock interviews.
  • Sales conversations, customer interaction and freelancing.
  • Entrepreneurship, personal branding and career planning.
